Tulip Photoshoot

IT ONLY HAPPENS ONCE A YEAR
We have an extra special event lined up for April 12th.
It will be at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn. Your session will include a 90min photoshoot (45min each photog). Just like past events, we will have scheduled time slots for you to choose from. The Model fee for this shoot will be $90. It will include the following:
• Entrance to the Tulip Farm (we will pay it in advance for you)
• Parking for your car at the tulip farm.
• Tram & hay wagon ride.
• All Festival events for that day including the 3-acre event garden.
• Two complimentary wine tastings (must be over 21).
• And of course professional edited pictures from your two photographers!
Tickets to the festival are limited this year due to COVID. In addition, you can only buy on-line. YOU CAN NOT BUY FESTIVAL TICKETS AT THE GATE! Therefore we will purchase tickets to the festival in advance for you. So the $90 fee you pay to Vision Makers PDX will include your entrance/ticket to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm.

It is approximately 33miles and about a 45min drive from Downtown Portland. Here is the location via Google Maps.
WHERE WE WILL MEET
Ken & Richard will be scoping out the perfect spot to shoot by getting to the event at 6am. We don’t plan to go too far away from the main gate. We will text everyone the exact location we will be at, the morning of the event.
How Does Vision Makers PDX Keep Me Safe?
As we progress into 2021, many areas of society are starting to open back up. We want to keep everyone safe so social distancing will be in place for all aspects of our event. We chose this indoor venue so it would be much easier for everyone to keep their distance. We believe everyone has a right to their own level of protection, but this event has min guidelines. As such there are a few rules for this event:
• FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES – Unless you are in front of the camera and being actively photographed you must wear your mask (no exceptions!)
• Keep social distancing in place at a level you and the photographer agree on BEFOREHAND.
• Models will need to do their own hair & makeup.
• NO SHARING of makeup, tools, equipment clothes, drinks, food, etc. (bring what you need, don’t share)
• We will limit the number of participants to maximize social distancing.
• Models & photographers only. No guests allowed during the shoot. Paid attendees & staff only.
• Plan ahead – bring what you need for the event. Don’t assume someone else will be providing it for you.
• Both the model and the photographer must be wearing a facemask when viewing images from the back of a camera.
• Besides being required to sign a model release, there will be a COVID waiver for you to sign.
• We have a touchless thermometer and will use it during the check-in process to confirm your temperature is normal.
• Please understand that Social Distancing rules are fluid, and as such, rules may change. We will follow the current rules in place for the county, at the time the event happens.
Anybody found to be non-compliant with the above, will not be allowed to attend any future Vision Maker Events.

Your “Ticket Arrival / Entry Time” is the time you are allowed to enter the festival. You have 60min from that entry time to be at the gate. DO NOT BE LATE.
